The development of a new mixed use frontage and hotel in East Lancashire is a huge undertaking that will service many commercial and industrial enterprises. Finch was delighted to be chosen as a single source quarry product partner for the project over its five year period.
A 90 acre site earmarked for industrial and manufacturing units meant that we would be supplying our full range of products and service across this time frame. With a Service station area and world leading hotel chain presence on site, we were ultimately responsible for up to 1000 tonnes of product supply every day.
This meant that a demanding delivery schedule had to be created and adhered to for all our team. The sheer amount of moving parts, contractors, equipment and people on projects like this don’t allow any margin for error. We were proud to not only meet, but consistently exceed client expectations from our service and delivery point of view.
