Finch Aggregates partnered with a leading national Gabion basket installer for civil engineering, erosion control, acoustic, garden and architectural markets. The task was to supply an incredible 1,500T of Gritstone Gabion directly from Ramsbottom to Rotherham.
The logistics of this project dictated that the delivery would be carried out over a 5 week schedule to guarantee the most measured provision with no breaks in service or impact on projects. The Finch team was on hand throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly, and all lines of communication were open with up to date information supplied at all times.
The great success of this contract led to the development of a new working partnership that means we now supply their head office in Staffordshire with Gabion Stone in bulk bags. Which means they can now offer this product to their customers working on much smaller projects.
