The Highways Agency and private contractors use rock salt as a recognised de-icing product in icy weather.

Brown or White rock salt is available and can be delivered in a variety of ways.

Loose bulk tipped in load sizes up to 30 tonne or in smaller bagged quantities using a courier delivery service.
